  We offer a quality 20 to 30 page computer based, narrative home inspection report. And our color photo home inspection reports exceed ASHI, NACHI and Arizona State Standards. They are sent to you via pdf e-mail the same day!

  We can charge a little less, because we save on our cost of ink and paper and help save the planet at the same time. We don't include UPSELL testing services or charge extra for things that aren't needed. We look for potential problems including Mold, Asbestos and Lead Paint, and advise our Clients on a course of action ONLY IF these hazards are found or suspected! DON'T PAY FOR PEACE of MIND, PAY FOR FACTS! 

   We NEVER charge extra for Home Inspections based upon age!

  We don't penalize people for wanting home inspections for older homes. We know they take longer, I've remodeled plenty of them! And most other Inspectors don't have enough knowledge about them to properly inspect them, nor want to.
