 We don't penalize people for wanting to buy an older home. We are not members or affiliates of any groups, organizations, or clubs that we have to pay for. We can keep your cost lower, if our cost is lower. But for your peace of mind, we have passed ALL of the tests and requirements for both ASHI and NACHI with test scores in the 90% range. And we continue to improve our knowledge and skills by researching information available on-line. The same information that the organizations require classes to acquire. Classes that are charged the inspector, by the organizations, along with membership fees.

State Certified, E&O Insured to $500,000.00, AHIT Trained and Certified, Passed online NACHI  and ASHI Exams with scores in the 90% range, and meet all of Arizona State requirements. We are members of the Phoenix Association of Realtors with a Supra Lockbox Key, And have performed many inspections that have saved our clients Thousands of Dollars! 

We are available for inspections on 24 hour notice and 6 days a week! We will walk through and explain every aspect of the homes' condition with you, and use terminology that everyone understands. Our prices and services are very competitive, and we will concentrate our attention on areas of the home that are most important to you. We take the time to put the report together off-site, and make sure that nothing is missed or left out, rather than print on-site, and rush through it. We don't want to take up your time waiting for us to print. This gives you, and us, confidence in a report that's accurate and complete, the first time!
