We can charge less because our overhead is lower. But we don't compromise on service, insurance, or inspection experience.

  We offer a quality 15 to 20 page computer based, narrative report. And our full color picture reports meet or exceed ASHI, NACHI and AZ. Standards. They are sent to you via pdf e-mail the same day!

  We charge less because we save on our cost of ink and paper, and help save the planet at the same time. I also use ONLY Reclaimed and Recycled Wood in my turnings. (beats ending up in landfills, or burned creating pollution!) Check out my wood turnings for sale.

                          And we don't charge extra based upon age!

  We don't penalize people for wanting to buy an older home. We are not a franchise. We are not members or affiliates of any groups, organizations, or clubs that we have to pay for. We can keep your cost lower if our cost is lower. But for your peace of mind we have passed ALL of the tests and requirements for both ASHI and NACHI with test scores in the 90% range. And we continue to improve our knowledge and skills in the ever changing construction field.

I also have 12 years as an AZ. licensed wood flooring contractor. (Artisan Wood Floors ROC 144494).
